Brown Bag Ministry- Dec 3
Help feed the hungry first Saturday of month
WBPC is signed up to work with the Brown Bag Ministry the first Saturday of each month. This is a continuation of the ministry started in June 2009 by the elementary Sunday School classes. All ages are welcome; this is a great family ministry. Brown Bag Ministry has relocated to St. Mary Magdalene School located at 625 Magdala Place, Apex, NC 27502 off of Apex-Barbecue Road. They start at 9:30. We will then unload supplies, and begin to prepare and pack the lunch bags. We will leave the school at about 11:40 to go to Moore Square. We usually finish by 1:00 pm.
If you are unable to join us but want to contribute to this effort, we will be collecting the items listed below.
Items needed: sliced cheese, ziploc bags, Nabs, granola bars. Also cookies, brownies, etc individually packed in ziploc bags. Leave items in kitchen the week before but notify Juliann or Sandy so they can make arrangements to take to Brown Bag Ministry.
